You won't find yourself in a pretentious atmosphere, being pressured to make a purchase beyond your price range (our staff does not work on commission), nor will you find exorbitant mark-ups to enable phony "deals.”

Layaway Policy

We are proud to offer our customers one of the most flexible layaway policies around. Of course, we will accept payment in full upon placement of your order, however a number of our customers elect to take advantage of our layaway plan.

Terms & Conditions

• A minimum deposit of 25% is required
• You may take up to one year to pay remaining balance
• Payments are to be no less then fifty dollars ($50) in any given month
• Plan is interest-free
• You may choose to pay off the remainder early and receive your item at any time (merchandise is shipped upon payment in full)
• Deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable

Life-Time Cleaning & Polishing

Any ring purchased at Tumbleweed Designs will be cleaned and polished at no charge for as long as you own your ring ($10 charge for all others). This includes steam cleaning of diamonds & gemstones and removal of surface scratches, dirt, and signs of wear from silver, gold, platinum, and titanium.
